Lighthouse Interactive is a prominent PC video game publisher based in the Netherlands with offices in London (UK), Montreal and Toronto. The addition of Lighthouse to the SilverBirch family adds publishing capabilities with a strong presence in Europe that includes long-term partnerships with many key distributors.
Red Mile Entertainment is a cutting edge console publisher based in California with an office in the UK. Red Mile brings experience with major licenses such as Sin City, Jackass and the Heroes franchise. While the Red Mile acquisition is not yet final, it is expected to close in the fall time-frame.
