Happening Oct. 31 – Nov. 3 in Toronto, the WIFT-T Corus Convergent Media Program (CMP)
is designed to enable independent producers who have an interactive
digital media or transmedia project in development to prepare stronger
CMF applications. Participants will master the integration of
traditional media production with digital media, learn how to access
funding for digital media projects, and tailor their projects to meet
the requirements for CMF funding. The four-day incubator is designed to
move projects from development to production and includes a master class
with Nathalie Clermont, Director of Program Management at CMF.
The
CMP is recommended for independent producers (male and female)
intending to apply to the CMF's Performance Envelope, Production
Incentive, and Convergent Digital Media Initiative streams. Five
full-program bursaries are available to women who meet the eligibility
criteria. Click here for complete guidelines and the registration form.
