IO members awarded Canada Media Fund production support

Interactive Ontario members Smokebomb Entertainment, XMG Studio, Little Guy Games, and Phantom Compass have each been awarded funding as part of the CMF's latest round of Experimental Stream production support. The projects that will benefit from this funding are:

Little Guy Games - Little Bandits
An immersive multiplayer game for iOS and Android devices that uses geo-localisation.

Phantom Compass - Rollers of the Realm
A gaming experience that combines pinball and Role Playing Games (RPGs). Rollers of the Realm will be released for desktop, Xbox Live Indie Games and iPad.

Smokebomb Entertainment - Backpackers
An interactive digital choose-your-own-adventure series for Internet enabled platforms.  

XMG Studio - Evil Empire
A role-playing game for smartphones and tablets that features high definition 3D visuals and social networking multiplayer connectivity.
