INTERACTIVE ONTARIO CEO TRANSITIONS TO A NEW OPPORTUNITY

(TORONTO – December 14, 2011) – Interactive Ontario (IO) today announced
that President and CEO Ian Kelso is stepping down to take on an
expanded role as the CEO of the Canadian Interactive Alliance/Alliance
interactive canadienne (CIAIC).
Max Berdowski, the Vice President and General Manager of IO will take on
a greater role within the organization working directly with the Board
of Directors and the IO team.

sale of Blue-Zoo’s hit animated preschool series Olive the Ostrich (52 x
5’ episodes) to Nick Jr. in Australia and New Zealand, set to launch in
early 2012. The series, narrated by Australian-born entertainer Rolf
Harris, has been receiving stellar ratings since its September launch on
Nick Jr. in the UK. Olive the Ostrich is owned and produced by

Studio100 Media Signs Deal with Kids Digital Distribution Platform, Kidobi

Munich/Toronto, November 30, 2011 – Studio100 Media GmbH, a
subsidiary of Belgium’s leading family entertainment group Studio100
today announced a new digital distribution agreement with content
aggregator Kidobi.
The agreement gives the pre-school targeted
streaming video platform digital distribution and VoD rights for
several shows from its programming library for a three-year period
commencing December 2011. The licensed titles include classic shows such
as Maya the Bee (104 x 24 mins), Tabaluga (78 x 26 mins), Lapitch (26 x
30 mins), and Art Alive (50 x 4 mins).

ESAC launches new video on Canada's video game industry

The Entertainment Software Association of Canada (ESAC) has just
released a new video on Canada's video game industry. It can be viewed
on the ESA's website. ESAC has also launched the 2011 edition of Essential Facts that contains
a profile of the Canadian industry and Canadian gamers. It reveals that
the Canadian industry has grown by 11% over the past two years and is
projected to grow 17% over the next two years. ESAC's research also
reveals that 59% of Canadians are gamers and that the average age of a
gamer is 33 years old.
