Gamification: How Everything Can/Should Be More Fun

Wednesday, March 30th, 12:00pm - 2:00pm

Gamification uses game-like features to produce consumer rewards, build company numbers and strengthen consumer loyalty. The “Gamifying” concept is transforming businesses everywhere by motivating customers to level up their progress. Giving consumers rewards for their completion of day- to -day tasks adds excitement to regular routines and gives businesses a competitive advantage over other companies who provide the same services but without any incentives. While Gamification is a new trend, there is a science to achieving real objectives. Rewards need to direct the consumer on a path so that his or her results lead the company to growth, insight and identification of what works, what doesn’t and what will.

Join us for this special iLunch 9.05 as Gabe Zichermann, a thought leader of Gamification, author of two books and chairman of the Gamification Summit, shares insights about this trend and how to apply it to your company's bottom line.
